A Lookat is an abstract image designed to be looked at rather than interpreted.

Simply spend a few moments looking and noticing.

THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO LOOK AT A  LOOKAT.

You may become aware of colours, shapes, textures, movement, balance, contrast, or patterns. You may notice different things each time you return to it.

Many people find that this kind of focused observation can be calming, restorative, and surprisingly absorbing.

Studies suggest that spending time looking at artwork can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and provide a restorative break from mentally demanding tasks.
